We started with a single hand-cranked drum roaster brought over from Trieste in 1987. The machine still sits in our shop window — a reminder that the best things in life are slow.

Every batch is roasted in-house. Every espresso is dialed fresh. We don't cut corners because our regulars would notice, and they deserve better.
